Netro, a Smart Net Zero and Growing Modular House

Netro House is a groundbreaking Smart Net-Zero Modular Housing System developed by DEX and manufactured by Wika Gedung. Formally launched in May 2025 by the Coordinating Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Mr. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Netro has already debuted its first project within the Professor Housing cluster at IPB Bogor Dramaga.

Designed to meet the evolving demands of modern living, Netro combines flexible modular architecture with intelligent passive design that optimize natural ventilation and energy management to create highly efficient, future-ready homes. Each unit achieves net-zero energy consumption through a combination of passive energy-saving design, advanced insulation, and renewable energy sources like solar power.

Beyond its smart capabilities, Netro represents a new standard in sustainable living by integrating eco-friendly materials, smart automation, and seamless scalability. The system’s modular nature allows homes to expand and reconfigure over time, giving occupants the flexibility to adapt their living spaces without the complexities of traditional construction.

Developers and homebuyers can purchase pre-developed versions of Netro for immediate on-site installation. Alternatively, because Netro is an open, steel-structure growing modular system, it can be systematically customized or modified to fulfil specific client requirements and unique land contexts. Netro is truly shaping the future of housing—making it sustainable, cleaner, smarter, and more adaptable to tomorrow’s world.
