Dexss Apps is a universal smart infrastructure platform developed by DEX to digitally monitor building performance and manage buildings — whether house, residential, commercial, institutional, or public.

It enables real-time monitoring, automation, and service integration through a centralised app, powered by a plug-and-play IoT device called the Smartbox.

The platform is built by PT Dex Sistem Cerdas, a subsidiary of PT Dex Solusi Transit — so the software that monitors a building comes from the same practice that planned, designed and certified it.
